At CalvaryDesignPrints, we strive to process and deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Below is our shipping policy, outlining processing times, shipping costs, and important details regarding delivery.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout.
- If there are any unexpected delays in processing, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (U.S. Only)
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are actively exploring ways to make it affordable and accessible for our friends around the world.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship internationally at this time. However, we are actively working on finding cost-effective solutions to serve our international customers in the future.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
- CalvaryDesignPrints is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local postal service or neighbors.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, email us at calvarydesignprints@gmail.com.
6. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please follow these steps:

- Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will review your claim and, if eligible, issue a replacement or store credit.
