At CalvaryDesignPrints, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date under the conditions outlined below.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
The item must be in its original condition
The item must be free from damage caused after delivery
Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items returned after the 30-day window
Final sale or clearance items
Incorrect size selection if sizing information was clearly provided
